Heidi Gullett

Heidi Gullett, MD, MPH is Assistant Professor of Family Medicine and Community Health and Associate Program Director of the Public Health/General Preventive Medicine Residency in the Center for Community Health Integration at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. She also serves as Co-Chair of Health Improvement Partnership-Cuyahoga, which aims to address inequities in Greater Cleveland. A native of and practicing physician in Northeast Ohio, Dr. Gullett cares deeply about and understands well how inequities negatively impact the health of individuals and communities in and around Cleveland.
